2. Not Affiliated With Google
GBP Case is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Google LLC. Google Business Profile decisions are made by Google.
3. No Guaranteed Outcome
We do not guarantee reinstatement, ranking improvement, approval, verification, review recovery, or any specific timeline. We can review your situation, organize documentation, prepare case materials, and guide next steps. Google makes the final decision.
4. Free Consultation and Case Pricing
Initial consultations may be offered at no cost. If you choose to move forward with a paid service, pricing and payment timing will be explained before work begins.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, lawful documentation, and access or materials needed to review your case. You are responsible for the accuracy of business records, licenses, photos, addresses, and any information submitted to Google.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use our service to submit false information, impersonate a business, create spam listings, manipulate Google systems, or support businesses that violate applicable laws or platform policies.
7. Third-Party Platforms
Our work may involve third-party platforms such as Google Business Profile, email, SMS, hosting, analytics, and database providers. We are not responsible for outages, delays, policy changes, or decisions made by third parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, GBP Case is not liable for lost revenue, lost rankings, lost leads, account decisions, platform downtime, indirect damages, or business losses related to your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
